The Caleffi 521506A Thermostatic Mixing Valve is a flow control component that blends hot and cold water to maintain a stable outlet temperature, supporting consistent operation within HVAC systems. Built with a 3/4″ press connection, it uses an internal thermostatic element that adjusts the mixing ratio in response to temperature changes at the outlet. This allows the valve to regulate water temperature as conditions vary. Applied in hydronic heating or hot water circuits, it is pressed into the piping network during setup, enabling controlled temperature output and balanced water flow.
