Description
The Armstrong Furnace R104435-03 Heating Element is a component that produces heat in compatible furnace assemblies in the heating cycle. It is installed in the heating chamber or the air handler section and it transforms electrical power into thermal energy that heats the air passing through the system. When air moves over the heated element, the temperature rises and is circulated via ductwork to interior spaces of HVAC systems. The element is part of the heating system which interacts with airflow and temperature control elements, and assists in maintaining a stable indoor climate.
