Description
The Amana-Goodman 0270L00110S Heat Exchanger is a core thermal transfer component used to move temperature between the combustion gases and the air stream in the furnaces. It has a multi-pass tubular structure that directs the hot gases of the burner through a series of tubes where the heat is transferred to the airflow over the metal surface. It is installed in residential or commercial gas furnaces and is connected to the burner assembly and the blower compartment. It allows the furnace to efficiently heat air combustion apart of the conditioned air that is delivered by the ductwork.
