Description
The Aaon G134310 Overload Socket Relay is an electrical protection part that detects excessive current draw and cuts power to the circuit before damage occurs within HVAC systems. Mounted in a socket base, it connects directly to motor circuits inside air handling and refrigeration equipment, responding to thermal and overcurrent conditions automatically. When current levels rise beyond the rated threshold, the relay breaks the circuit, shielding compressors and fan motors from burnout. Once the unit resets for normal operation, eliminating the need for full part replacement after each overload event.
