Description
The ASCO 8215C053 Gas Solenoid Vent Valve is a control part that can be used to manage the flow of gas to burners or other combustion elements in the HVAC systems. It has a 1 inch port size, 2-way normally closed operation, capacity of 1,191,750 BTU and maximum operating pressure of 25 PSI. It is usually fitted to commercial and industrial gas-fired equipment, and is connected to the control circuitry of the system. It also opens and closes in the unit in response to control signals to permit, or prevent the passage of gas to enable secure and coordinated combustion.
