Description
The ASCO 8215C063 Gas Solenoid Vent Valve is a regulator control part used to open and close to regulate the flow of gases in the combustion unit as a result of electrical impulses in HVAC systems. It has 2-way, normally open, 1-1/4 inch NPT connections, a capacity of 1793250 BTU, and is designed to operate at 25 PSI of gas pressure at 120-110 VAC and 60/50 hertz with a flow of gas. It is installed in the gas train in front of the burners to assist in the regulation of fuel delivery as a part of ignition and safety cycles.
