Description
The Browning VS-224 Insert Bearing Spherical 1/2” is a bearing that is used in different HVAC systems. It has an outer spherical that enables slight angular displacement of the shaft concerning the housing, which is desirable in many HVAC systems where some of the components may shift slightly or vibrate. This self-aligning feature goes further in increasing or minimizing stress on the bearing, hence enhancing its operating efficiency and durability. The bearing structure comprises an inner ring that is placed at the shaft and an outer ring that is placed at the housing. In between these rings are rolling elements that allow smooth and low frictional moment rotation.
