The Lochinvar & A.O. Smith 100172000 2.5” Mixing Valve is used in regulating temperature of the hydronic heating systems. This valve has a flow rate of 55 GPM and provides proper water mixing to achieve accurate temperatures required for domestic water and heating cooling equipment including boilers and water heaters. It improves comfort by minimizing hot water and conserving it reducing the energy costs of heating the water to a specific temperature. The included mounting flange makes installation easier and thus suitable for new installations and replacement of existing systems to provide reliable performance and efficiency.
