Description
The Caleffi 502640 1/2″ Autom Air Vent Robocal is designed to remove trapped air from closed-loop heating, and fluid circulation systems. It operates through an internal float equipment that opens and closes according to air accumulation, allowing unwanted air pockets to escape while preventing fluid loss during normal operation. It is commonly fitted at high points in piping networks, radiators, and distribution manifolds where air tends to collect and disrupt flow within HVAC systems. It is placed within hydraulic heating circuits, chillers and boiler assemblies to maintain stable circulation and reduce noise and inefficiency caused by air buildup in the lines.
