The Amana-Goodman B1755920HDF Plastic Vertical Drain Pan is an essential part of HVAC and is mainly used in air conditioning systems and heat pump systems. Intended to capture and evaporate moisture that is always produced while during the cooling process, this drain pan protects the equipment and the adjacent surfaces from water damage. Made of high density polyethylene, the pan is highly resistant to corrosion and impact to give long service life. It has a vertical structure which makes it space efficient, and easy to install and maintain. Below the pan has a sloped base with use baffles that guide the condensate towards the outlet and prevent the system from spilling over.
