The Lennox 45K27 LB-66251 Flue Gasket is an essential part manufacture for Lennox company for being specifically for use in Lennox gas furnaces. This gasket plays the role of a lock around the flue pipe connection that allows safe working condition of your furnace. It forms a protective shield around the flue pipe and prevents dangerous products of combustion such as carbon monoxide from penetrating the living area. This is essential for safe operations of furnaces using oxygen fossil fuels and other raw materials. A sealed flue ensures the right discharge of exhaust gases hence proper functioning of the furnace and possibly less energy use.
