The Watts 0121427 Temperature & Pressure Relief Valve is an essential safety equipment since it helps save the HVAC systems from pressure and temperature variations. This is for hydronic heating systems like boilers and radiant floor heating, with an input heat of 1,808,000 BTU. Made from lead-free brass material the valve has 1” NPT connection size and has been designed to release pressure at 125 PSI and temperature at 210°F. Whenever pressure or temperature rises beyond required level in the system the valve opens up and let extra fluid out to avoid system failure such as pipe burst, and equipment failure.
