Description
The TB Woods 6JN Neoprene Sure-Flex Coupling Sleeve is used in HVAC systems to attach rotating shafts, absorb vibration and allow slight misalignment. It is composed of neoprene elastomer and is placed between mating hubs to pass torque in a smooth manner between fan, blower or pump shafts. The sleeve is applied in air handlers, rooftop units and other equipment where a flexible mechanical connection is required to take stress off bearings and drive components. It facilitates the transfer of power and reduces noise and wear when in operation.
