Description
The TB Woods 4J-1/2 4J Coupling Flange is a mechanical drive component that is used to join rotating shafts and ensure that they are properly aligned and that the torque is transferred. It has a 1/2-inch bore to be mounted on a motor or driven shaft and has a matching flange with which it is coupled to provide a positive fit when in service in blower and fan packages in air handler and packaged HVAC systems. The flange is attached to the shaft by sliding the flange onto the shaft and attaching it with set screws or other fasteners.
