Description
The York S1-025-51447-000 Thermal Expansion Valve (TxV) Distributor is one of the performing components that are used in the management of refrigerants in HVAC systems. This TXV distributor has 16 tubes and 5 orifices to allow the correct flow of the refrigerant to the evaporator coil. Through this, any refrigerant that enters the evaporator is controlled to allow a proper heat exchange in the system to reach the prescribed temperature and pressure levels. The 16-tube configuration improves the refrigerant flow and provides increased cooling capacity and efficiency of the system. The 5-orifice configuration helps in achieving the control of the refrigerant flow to the evaporator coil in order to avoid such problems as freezing or overheating of the coil.
