Description
The Neptronic LT380 is a flexible floating control relay that is compatible with a variety of 120/240V HVAC systems. With two or three positions on a single cable, this multipurpose switch lets you control both heating and cooling activities. The LT380 has a two-wire mode that allows for basic on/off switching, while a four-wire configuration allows for more complex control schemes with three settings, usually for heat off and cool. This relay receives control signals from the thermostat or other control device for the heating and cooling system, which turns on and off the HVAC system. For instance, the cooling system is triggered by the LT380 when it receives a temperature signal from a thermostat.
