Description
The Rheem-Ruud VZ-7 Ecm Motor Tester Variable Speed is a diagnostic instrument that is meant for technicians who want to evaluate and diagnose variable-speed ECM motors, which are often present in the recent HVAC systems. VZ-7 connects to the ECM motor directly and gathers information in real-time. Therefore, it lets technicians quickly and accurately determine its health status as well as find out if there are any signs of an impending problem. In addition to this, it also displays signals from the furnace or air handler circuit board sent to the motor. Thus one can simulate various control signals and observe how the automatic assembly moves under each of them.
