Description
The Trane SWT3927 Limit Switch L155°F-60°F is one of the safety devices that need to be installed in HVAC systems to keep temperature in check. It works like a single pole single throw (SPST) switch having one set of contacts which opens or closes as per the surrounding temperature. To illustrate this let us assume that the Trane Limit Switch L155°F-60°F is fitted in a heating system. At higher temperatures, the switch will remain turned off. Still, when the thermostat reaches 155°F the switch will turn off the heating system to prevent over heating.
