The Watts 0856738 Flow Measurement Valve is a bronze valve used for flow measurement in different HVAC systems. This CSM-61-M1T series 3/4” Female National Pipe Thread connection valve is used to control and enhance the performance of HVAC systems. This kind of flow measurement valve is used to measure the fluid usually water or a water/glycol solution that passes through the HVAC piping system. This measurement is usually done by a differential pressure technique in which the valve produces a definite pressure difference and this is related to the flow rate. This makes it possible to control as well as monitor the flow and to make sure that the system is running to the optimum capacity.
