Description
The Trane VAL9292 is a liquid service valve designed for use only with Trane HVAC equipment, and is typically used in refrigerant lines. The small but crucial component of this system is the valve, which is 3.8” long, This valve may be fitted to refrigerant lines of different sizes to its 5/16” intake and 3/8” exit. The VAL9292 is necessary for filling the system during installation or maintenance, for disconnecting components for repair, and for reversing the flow of refrigerant for optimum system use.
