Description
The Trane MOT19452 is a small but powerful motor manufactured to efficiently provide reliability in heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This is a 1/20 horsepower motor with full-wave rectified power supply and 115-volt electrical power supply and its speed range is variable and reaches 1050 RPM. The motor transforms electrical energy to a rotating mechanical energy. In an HVAC system, this is usually joined to a fan or blower in order to distribute the air in the ducts. With three speed settings which are adjustable from the motor, the technicians can regulate for the right amount of airflow for cooling or heating. This general-purpose motor is applied in furnaces, air handlers as well as rooftop units.
