Description
The Trane PAN3422 is a Horizontal Drain Pan, designed to fit Trane air conditioning units. Before getting into the radiator It is used for managing condensate, or moisture during the cooling process. Warm air from the house’s inside circulation system passes over the coils and water vapor condenses on them. They must be drained to prevent the formation of molds and supporter wetting on various surfaces such as walls. This condensate is collected by a shallow tray, under the evaporator coil. Because the water is placed horizontally, it is easy to direct it towards a drainpipe. Made of high-quality material, it has been built to be sturdy.
