Description
The Trane COM1436 Compressor is an industrial-strength compressor for large commercial and industrial applications and the use of R-22 refrigerant. This Trane compressor is not like the other piston compressors but operates using a scroll system. In the sealed housing, a fixed and an orbiting scroll compress refrigerant gas and develops high pressure. This 5-ton capacity compressor delivers high cooling capacity for applications that require a high level of cooling. Refrigerant circulation is facilitated by brazed stub tubes with a discharge size of ½”.
