The Trane MOT19481 is a two speed, fractional horsepower motor which is suitable for use in a number of applications with HVAC systems. In other words, it is a small electric motor that can work at two speeds. Low horsepower motors are motors that have less than one horsepower (HP). MOT19481 has a standard voltage of 208-230 V and is a single phase, that is, it operates from a single AC supply. It has a power of 1/5 HP, which is enough for use in operations of fans or blowers in air conditioning systems. The motor is functional and it has two operating speeds of 930 RPM which may be adjusted to suit cooling or heating needs.
