Description
The Tekmar Controls 095 Aerial Mounting Snow Sensor is used to detect snowfall conditions and trigger operation of snow melting equipment, supporting automated surface heating control in HVAC systems. It senses environmental changes such as precipitation and temperature to signal system activation when snow is present. It performs by using an exposed sensing element that responds to outdoor conditions and relays input to the control system. Mounted on a conduit or pole above monitored areas, it interfaces with snow melt controllers to enable automatic startup and maintain effective surface clearing operation.
