Description
The Sensus-Gas Division 122-12-1 1/2 Gas Regulator controls gas pressure by reducing incoming pressure to a consistent level suitable for downstream equipment. It works by a diaphragm and spring mechanism within it, which varies the flow as the pressure. It has a fixed orifice of 12/28 and is rated to have a maximum inlet of 15 PSI to maintain constant pressure. It is used in gas supply lines, is frequently used in HVAC systems burners, boilers and heating units to ensure adequate delivery of fuel, to facilitate safe operation, and to provide reliable operation.
