The Rheem-Ruud 61-42662-11 Thermal Expansion Valve is one of the most essentialaccessories that can be used to enhance the performance of HVAC systems that are charged with R-410A refrigerant. It comprises 1/2” inlet, with sweat connections for easy fitment and integration with the system; it is equipped with a TxV to control the refrigerant flow into the evaporator, thus ensuring the right temperature and pressure for increased efficiency and protection against compressor overloading. It has a 30” capillary tube and an 24” equalizer tube for accurate flow control, sweated 1/8” O. D.
