The Parker-Sporlan 124215P OSE-21-SW is a thermostatic expansion valve for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This valve controls the flow of refrigerant into the evaporator coil, which is crucial to the system’s efficiency and performance. The TXV measures the temperature of the refrigerant leaving the evaporator. Based on the temperature of the liquid refrigerant, the valve regulates its flow into the coil.
