Description
The Lennox 17F58 Collector Box is essential that are located in the Lennox residential air conditioners. Refrigerant is a unique type of fluid that removes heat from the indoor air within the evaporator coil. The collector box then accumulates this refrigerant, which has thereby lost heat and consequently is cooler and denser. This collected refrigerant is then taken toward the compressor, the other steps in the cycle where the refrigerant is compressed and ready to release the heat it has absorbed out of doors.
