Description
The Danfoss 068U2317 is an accurately manufactured thermostatic expansion valve (TXV), used to regulate the refrigerant liquid in refrigeration systems. This TXV is constructed from stainless steel and has ODF ports of 3/8“ inlet and 1/2” outlet. It can endure most pressures up to 500 psi only. The smallest capacity valve available is 0.406 litre and it is only for R-404A refrigerant; without this valve, performance will not be at its optimum. By means of a capillary tube the TXV measures the temperature of the evaporator and adjusts the flow rate of the refrigerant.
