The Maxitrol 210DZ-1 1/4″ gas pressure regulator is intended to ensure a constant flow of gas pressure in high-demand HVAC equipment such as boilers, furnaces, and industrial ovens. It has a maximum intake pressure of 5 psi and an outlet and inlet connection size of 1-1/4 inches. This model is a “zero governor” kind, which means that it doesn’t adjust the outlet pressure in response to variations in the upstream pressure, in contrast to a typical pressure regulator. Rather, it compensates for variations in the inlet side by maintaining a steady exit pressure. This guarantees your gas-fired equipment will run steadily.
