Description
The Copeland 998-0700-09 2D/3D Control Mounting Kit is compatible with the HVAC systems and is intended for mounting control modules in 2D and 3D manners. This kit optimizes the performance of HVAC systems through enabling fine control of the compressor in applications that use scroll compressor. It works in conjunction with the Demand Cooling system that measures the compressor discharge temperatures with the help of Negative Temperature Coefficient thermistor. When the temperatures go high, the system then uses an injection valve to admit saturated refrigerant and cool the compressor for proper functioning. The advantages of this mounting kit are increased energy saving, less stress on the compressor parts, and increased system reliability.
