The Trane FLR6073 5″ Media Filter is designed for efficiency in air conditioning with its multi-purpose of filtering dust, pollen, mold spores, pet dander and many other particles making indoor air fresh. It incorporates a pleated media construction with the direction that offers a better surface area as a result enhancing filtration rates. This filter operates in that it collects dust particles within the filter media when air passes through it so as not to circulate within the indoor environment. The FLR6073 can be used on most residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems such as furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps.
