Description
The Trane KIT14725 X13 Programmable Motor Kit converts traditional HVAC system blower motors to energy efficient electronically commutated motors (ECMs). This kit replaces older and less efficient PSC motors in a range of Trane and American Standard air handlers and furnaces. The X13 motor is also variable, which means that the airflow can be controlled and the performance of the system enhanced. This leads to such advantages as energy saving, low noise level, and stability of the climate. Through improved airflow the X13 motor increases dehumidification and improves the efficiency of the system making it a worthy upgrade for better HVAC system performance.
