Description
The Copeland Comfort Control (White Rodgers) 791P-751KT1 3-Wire Pilot Burner Assembly is used with natural or propane-fueled HVAC systems such as furnaces and boilers. This assembly produces a small, steady flame that lights the main burner when heat is required. It normally has three wires, an igniter, a flame sensor, and a connection to the supply of gas. It also offers a permanent source of ignition preventing any accumulation of gas and allowing safe operation. Advantages are stable heat production, better efficiency compared to standing pilots, and increased safety due to the right combustion in the HVAC system.
