Description
The Mueller Industries A14835 is a straight valve that is 3/8 in size and is used for regulating and controlling fluid in different applications of HVAC. This valve is constructed from brass and has a simple design that should allow for a relatively simple installation. It employs a packless diaphragm that controls the flow path by opening and closing it, thus, no packing gland may develop leaks. Such a leak-proof design helps make the valve have a long life span. It has a pressure of 700 PSI and a temperature range of -40°F to 300°F and can perform difficult HVAC, such as controlling water flow in chiller systems and refrigerant lines.
