Description
The Littelfuse 460-MR Adjustable Voltage Monitoring Relay is a rugged part that is used to protect three-phase motors supplied between 190-480 VAC. It used a microcontroller-based system that constantly checks voltage conditions such as low voltage, high voltage or unbalanced voltage, phase loss and phase reversal. When a fault is detected the relay is tripped after a specific trip delay time of 1-30 seconds and will re-closed only when the acceptable condition is restored after a specific restart delay time of 1-500 seconds. This relay is widely applied in HVAC equipment to protect the equipment from voltage fluctuations that may cause damage to motors and other related parts, thereby increasing the efficiency and durability of the system.
