Description
The York S1-024-40873-000 SPNO Pressure switch is used in HVAC systems. The pressure switch is designed in such a way that it will shut when the pressure of the system is below 0.85 inches of water column. It works by sensing the system pressure and when the pressure falls below the setpoint it closes an electric circuit. This signal can then be used to perform several actions within the HVAC system including sounding a low-pressure alarm, starting a backup system, or stopping the equipment to avoid damage. The pressure switch is essential for the proper and secure working of different sorts of HVAC systems such as ACs, chillers, and refrigeration.
