The Sporlan Controls 124322 9-Ton Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) is a refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. This TXV controls the amount of refrigerant that enters the evaporator in order to achieve the better results in cooling. It is intended for use with R-404A refrigerant and works in response to the evaporator temperature to avoid overfeeding of the refrigerant while improving efficiency of the system. This 9-ton capacity TXV has an ODF connection size of 7/8” x 1-1/8” and is used in commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
