The Lennox 12L24 Thermal Expansion Valve is a component that is specifically, used in HVAC systems with R410A refrigerant. This is used in controlling the rate of flow of refrigerant, into the evaporator coil to maintain efficiency in cooling a building. It regulates the flow of the refrigerant to ensure, that the required temperature and pressure within the system are achieved for the heat exchange process to occur.
