Description
The Watts 0559161 1/2” Thermostatic Mixing Valve is a safety valve that is used to mix hot and cold water to provide a safe temperature of water. It has a 1/2 inch size, operates between 80°F-120°F and is made from lead-free copper silicon alloy. It is one of the LFMMV series that provides dependable performance with a 150 PSI pressure rating. This valve works in a manner that determines the temperature of the mixed water and opens or closes the hot and cold water inlets accordingly to ensure a particular temperature is achieved.
