Description
The Watts 0009192 Pressure Reducing Valve LFU5B-Z3 is used to control the pressure of water entering a piping element, ensuring a controlled downstream pressure in HVAC systems. It has a 1-1/2″ connection size and a range of 25–75 PSI outlet pressure, which is adjustable and has an internal spring and diaphragm assembly that reacts to changes in pressure, and adjusts the valve opening to stabilise flow. It regulates the water pressure in hydronic, lines linked with boilers, coils, and other heating systems. The purpose of this operation, is to keep the pressure at a steady level.
