This well assembly offers a safe and stable interface for temperature sensors in HVAC systems. It is provides a casing which encloses the sensor to prevent it from being affected by the prevailing environmental conditions in order to provide the right temperature. This results in the better working of the system and the increased reliability of the system. Advantages include easier maintenance and replacement of the sensors because the sensor can be easily retrieved from the well without affecting the piping.
