ASCO 8215A090CSA 2-way Normally Closed Solenoid Valve is used to regulate the flow of gas by opening or closing based on an electrical signal. It has a 120/110 VAC, 60/50Hz, electromagnetic coil to open the valve and permit flow when energized. It has a 2-1/2″ NPT connection and 5 PSI gas service, which control the flow of the piping system. It is applied in gas control lines, and is usually used in HVAC systems, including burners and heating units, to allow safe and reliable shutoff and flow control.
