The Trane WHL2916 is 11″ in diameter wheel and replaces a standard 8″ wheel in air handlers to be part of an HVAC system. Air handlers process conditioned air and distribute this air through a structure. A blade revolving part forces air through the air handler. It’s clockwise, meaning it pushes the air away. The WHL2916 in the air handler has a specific purpose, but all blower wheels are required for the HVAC system airflow. An effective blower wheel is an essentialpart of getting the better indoor air quality and comfort by ensuring that air circulates properly and is properly ventilated in a building.
