Description
Carrier HD56JQ231 ECM blower motor that is used in most forced-air cooling and heating systems. ECM motors are different from general AC motors in that they use electronics to control the fan speed. This results in variable speed operation, which in simple terms means that the system operates at a slower speed and hence is quieter. This has been made to work with other Carrier furnace and air handler models. It works at the constant frequency of 50/60 Hz, which is suitable for different power network systems.
