Description
The Watts F382392 Boiler Pressure Relief Valve is a safety mechanism that is used in HVAC systems to prevent over pressurizing of boilers and other pressure containing vessels. This particular model is in the 740 series series and designed for high usage up to 1566000 BTU, with a pressure of up to 60 PSI. It is built with a 3/4” FNPT inlet and a 1” FNPT outlet for easy and safe connection to any plumbing system. The valve is automatic and opens whenever pressure builds up and reaches the set standard of sixty pounds per square inch and pressure decreases through the release of the bits of extra water or steam.
