Description
The Cleveland Controls AFS-222-PUR-I Differential Vacuum Switch for HVAC systems. It works based on the pressure variation across a filter or any other part of the system under test. The switch has a pressure range of 0.1”-10” water column which makes it sensitive to small changes in pressure. When pressure drop across the component is beyond a certain limit the switch turn on an alarm or sends a control signal for maintenance or filter change. It is also effective in avoiding system problems, saving energy, and prolonging the life of essential parts.
