Kunkle Valve 6010HGM01AAM0150 Safety Relief Valve is used to regulate the overpressure by discharging fluid when it surpasses the predetermined pressure of 150 PSIG, eliminating overpressure situations in the system components. Its connections are 1-1/2″ by 2″ with a bronze body that ensures the proper flow discharge. It works on a spring-loaded system that opens when the pressure reach the pre-set level, and closes when normal pressure is restored. This system is used for controlled pressure release in HVAC systems, such as boilers and steam system. It is installed on pressure vessels, or piping and is directly connected.
