The Carrier HD44MM230 is a part for Carrier heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems that is an indoor blower motor. It is an ECM that is used to blow air within your home’s heating and cooling system. In its operation, when supplied with energy, the motor spins a blower wheel, which circulates air through the ducts and even into vents in your house. This replacement motor can fit different models of Carrier HVAC equipment, and it has some advantages. It produces adequate airflow with ½ horsepower and uses less power to do so than many other fans.
